ListTrac

ListTrac is a service we provide to all our agents that runs great website traffic reports for your listings. You can either set these up to be automatically sent from their system on your behalf every Monday, or you can manually run the reports to send on your own.

Here is an example of what the reports look like:

If you use our in-house listing coordination services, this will be handled for you. If you are not using in-house LC services, here is a breakdown of how to schedule the delivery of the reports on your listings.

When you log in, you will select "Listings" on the left column. From there, you will select "schedule delivery of seller report" for the property address.

You will enter all of your sellers contact information. If there are multiple sellers, then you will need to separate their email addresses using a comma.

You can choose if you would like to be CC'd on the emails, if you'd like it to include lead metrics in the reports, and your delivery preferences. When using in house LC, we default to CC'ing the agent, we do not include the lead metrics, and the reports are sent weekly (delivered every Monday).

Once you have entered all the necessary information, you will select "Save".
