Pre-MLS / Off Market Networks

There are a handful of pre-MLS and off market networks that you can leverage to find additional inventory and to pre-market your listings before going on the MLS. It can be a good strategy to "test the waters" at a higher price on one (or multiple) of these networks to see what demand looks like. This often works very well for luxury listings.

• Commission.co - No limit on price and must apply to get in (though it seems like everyone gets in). $500/year fee with $150 savings code "bramlett".
