Do you need to cancel a Lead Duty shift?

We absolutely understand that things come up that you can't avoid. When you schedule yourself to a Lead Duty, you're committing to do everything you can to schedule around that shift. From time to time, this is impossible. If that happens, follow the steps in this video. Find the confirmation email for the shift, scroll to the bottom and select cancel, and cancel again on the next screen.
