High Funnel Leads - Tags & Claiming

To claim a lead, reassign the user from the Pond to yourself and immediately tag high funnel - buyer or high funnel - seller.

• Upon claiming any lead, add the tag high funnel - buyer or high funnel - seller - the system will apply the correct action plan based on whether or not the lead has a good phone number
• If you discover the lead has a bad phone number, then add the tag bad phone and the system will swap out the "no phone" action plan
• A "bad lead" is one with no valid phone number or email address. Tag it trash lead to get it out of your life.
• If you want to send the lead back to the pond, they can apply the tag release or release to pond and it's outta there!!!
