Check box D(1) if the listing agent/broker does have cooperative compensation in their listing agreement and you must also have TXR-2402 "Compensation Agreement Between Brokers" signed separately.
Check box D(2)b if the listing agent/broker does not have cooperative compensation (seller is paying directly) and you do not have TXR-2401 "Compensation Between Broker and Owner" signed separately. (More common.)
