Most everyone requests (and requires) Randy or Mike to do the inspection. They always bring a level to measure the foundation, so you won’t waste time with unnecessary foundation/engineer checks. They do a great job of putting things into perspective and will give ballpark pricing on repairs. Since there are multiple inspectors with the company, they generally have good availability.

  • Brent at A+ Pool and Inspections – 512.431.6268 – Comments on AREA that he’s amazing (from multiple agents), literally swims the pool, and can fix things affordably. ***Shaun D has used him and says he’s great***

He was super responsive and quick. He was the lowest price also at $1,350.00. I got 3 other bids ranging from $2,850-$4,000.
